Description
Antibacterial mask fabric made of natural mulberry fibre by the spunlace method. Unlike conventional electrostatic masks, the NANO mask filters through the micro-pores formed by the nanofibres; at the same protection grade it is lighter and lets more air through.
- Filtration: fine dust is retained by the physical structure of the filter, not by a temporary electrostatic charge; the microscopic pores are smaller than viruses, bacteria, dust, water droplets and saliva.
- Safety: the nanofibre is a continuous, very fine thread, fundamentally different from nanoparticles; it does not enter the body.
- Durability: electrostatic filters lose their charge with moisture and time; the NANO filter keeps its efficiency because it works through its physical structure.
- Breathability: the porosity of the nanofibres lowers the pressure drop across the filter.
