Your rights in short
Under the GDPR you may ask I.D. Francesca Atelier SRL to:
- confirm whether we process your data and give you a copy of it (right of access);
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data (right to rectification);
- delete your data when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent (right to erasure);
- limit the use of your data while a request is being examined (right to restriction);
- provide your data in a machine-readable format (right to data portability);
- stop processing based on legitimate interest, including for direct marketing (right to object);
- accept the withdrawal of a consent you gave, at any time, with effect for the future.
How to exercise them
Send your request through the contact form on the Site, by e-mail at office@e-vitalmarket.com, by telephone at +40 726 000 008, by WhatsApp at the same number, or by letter to Str. Valea Cascadelor nr. 21T, hala 6-7, sector 6, 061512 București, România. We may ask for information that confirms your identity. We reply within 30 days; for complex requests we may extend this period by up to two months and will tell you why. Requests are free of charge unless they are manifestly unfounded or repetitive.

Text: "I, [name], contacted VitalMarket through [contact form / assistant / telephone] on [approximate date], using [email address or phone number]. I request [what you want]. Please send your reply to [email address or phone number]."
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, sector 1, București, anspdcp.ro), or the courts.
